Spa Yoga and Healing Sound Bath

Enjoy a full orchestra of healing instruments including singing bowls, hand drums, didgeridoo, and gong performed by talented musician Tarek Weber.  Organically move through a restorative yoga class with the soothing sounds of the live music and singing. ​Enter a deep place of relaxation and peace. Join Sue and Tarek for a magical experience of gentle restorative spa yoga during a sound bath session. This session is a monthly event (every first Sunday at 5 pm at the Shop Yoga Studio in Park City).
